Neon Greek with Neverland Nail Vinyls pt. 3

Hello lovelies!

Got some awesome nail art for you today! Made with Neverland Nail Vinyls, this design has been in my head for a while... and it worked out the way I wanted! First time this week I was able to do nail art without dramatically failing, lol ;)

These vinyls are AWESOME! I decided to pair them with another awesome item, i.e. a nail polish my friend bought for me on Tenerife! So sweet! She contemplated and contemplated and then decided that I probably did not have a neon yellow with iridescent flakies... and she was right! It is from Bella Ragazza, probably an Italian brand:

It's hard to capture the neon, but mark my words, it neons your socks off! This is three coats, no undies (well, except 2 layers of base coat, one never knows with yellows, they might stain) and with top coat. After three coats there was only minimal VNL, so I was pleased.

After letting it dry thoroughly, I placed the vinyls on my nail tips and painted my nails with two coats of Essence "electriiiiiic", a bright royal blue. Painting two coats over vinyls is always tricky, since ideally one would want to tear off the vinyl immediately after painting over them. However, that would've resulted in green nails, instead of blue, so I had to add another layer. After applying the second layer, I carefully took of the vinyls and the design was more or less intact.

I decided against top coat. The blue polish dried to a very glossy finish and I love the hint of texture that remains. It is as if the yellow was etched in blue stone.

And if I hadn't already taken too many photos (I can't choose!), the neon yellow is BLR, so I gotta spam a bit more:
