Ms. Sparkle Breast Cancer Awareness Trio

Hi lovelies!

Well need I say more? On to the pink ribbon polishes! Let's start with "Girls wanna have pink", a bright hot pink with a blue flash and shimmer.

With top coat, this beautiful polish shines tremendously, slightly diminishing the shift to blue, but accentuating the blue shimmer. This is two coats with Seche Vite. So let's look at it without top coat and with a little accent nail!

Again, two coats of "Girls wanna have pink", without top coat. On my accent nail I applied two coats of Let It Glitter "Be Brilliant" and I drew a ribbon with GWHP and the nail art brush that I used two days ago as well.

The polish itself dries to a satin finish. The shimmer is less pronounced, but the shift to blue is clear, especially in the shade!

Let's look at the differences up close:

Next up is Heart of Pink, a medium pink crelly with golden and iridescent multichrome flakies:

This is two coats with top coat. A very sweet shade of pink with a cool twist

Last, but certainly not least, my favourite from the collection, "Pink Thoughts":
This incredibly beautiful nude metallic polish has medium linear holographic rainbows and hence is both subtle and bold! This is three thin coats with top coat. No application issues and it dries really fast.

This polish has another interesting feature: it has slightly blue shifting properties, that enhance the metallic appearance, which becomes apparent in the shade.

This beautiful trio will become available tomorrow for Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Stay tuned with Ms. Sparkle via IG and facebook!

I did some stamping over 2 of these, creating two very different looks, check out the result here!

  6. I love the idea of raising awareness of cancer with nail polish. The thought would never have occurred to me to do it that way, but anything is possible. I like the design with the symbol and think it is a good touch there.
