Hi lovelies!
Some indie loving today, assuming that Picture polish is still an indie? I have the beautiful Ornate for you. despite the awful weather conditions, the photos still clearly show an amazingly beautiful piece of art:
Ornate is a gorgeous muted purple filled with neon pink tiny hexes and bigger golden hexes and loads of holo particles. It is opaque in two easy coats, although I do recommend turning the bottle upside-down for a bit before application, since the bigger particles tend to sink and merely shaking was not enough. Other than that, this polish is perfection. It dries gritty, but nothing a good coat of SV won't smooth out.
The purple base makes the gold glitters appear a wee bit rose gold, so I decided to stamp over it with a rose gold scatter holo stamping polish from M Polish named Carol. The pattern is from BP-L003, an ornate (IMO) design:
The stamping is very subtle, maybe a bit too subtle? I'd love to hear your opinion!
